We are food lovers

In Longwave we are really focus in offering a high quality food.

We always cook using fresh and local products, offering very diversity meals, based on a Mediterranean diet.

We serve a breakfast buffet with plenty of different options. From the tradicional muesli with yogurt to scramble eggs and fresh baked croissants and much more. We have always a good option for everyone.

For dinner, we cook international dishes, always offering the perfect balance after a long day of surfing.

Our kitchen opens 6 nights per week, leaving one night the possibility to explore one of the local restaurants in the area or joining us in our picnic nights*.

Our chef prepares international dishes. Be ready to enjoy something different everyday.

Vegan options are always included in our meals and we take care of special diets, like gluten free or lactose intolerance. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any specific requests. 

Along the day, we open our Bistro to offer you several options. Drinks, snacks and healthy food are always available in our house. 

*Once a week we offer a picnic night* and we select the best local products, giving us the opportunity to mix a little more with the local culture and have a good time with our guests.
** Our Bistro remains open for those who prefer to opt for another type of dinner.
